घाटी रूपी इस भवसागर में, जीवन एक  छोटा पत्ता है एक दिन पत्ते ने पेड़ छोड़ा सुखद उड़ान की आस में, लेकिन उसे पता न था उड़ान के फेर में कितनी बार गिरना है, वह गिरा फिर उठा उठ कर फिर गिरा इस गिर -उठ  गिर -उठ के फेर में, ना जाने कितनी ठोकर खाई कुछ ठोकर इतनी उम्दा थी, जिससे पत्ते ने नई आकृति पाई आकृति के इस दौर में उसको एक नई डोर मिली। डोर पाकर पता इतराया उसने खुद को पतंग पाया, अब उसने आकाश में रंग दिखाया अपने  साथ रंगीन कोने  बंधे, एक दिन तूफान में डोर टूटी, पतंग छूटा अब पतंग फिर पत्ता बना, फिर यह अभिलाषा की, कि  नए पत्ते के लिए  खाद बनूं पत्ते कि जब उड़ान इतनी है तो फिर यह अभिलाषा क्यों? तो फिर यह अभिलाषा क्यों?                                      मोहन

Described as the 'greatest literary show on Earth' and the 'Kumbh of Litrature',the ZEE Jaipur Literature is a sumptuous feast of ideas.        Today  has been a dream day  at jaipur literature festival at Diggi Palace Jaipur for me. A dream came true to see Shashi Tharoor  at front lawns with Ashwin Sanghi talking on keepers of the kalachakra and then Shashi Tharoor, Tishani doshi ,shuki kim & vivek shanbhag in conversation with Eric Akoto on Litro world series :India: The power of fiction at charbagh. Shashi Tharoor is a well known writer and politician  but he is also a very very impressive statesman. Friends today I have turned 53. I am celebrating my birthday on the date of birth of modern field Hockey.The modern field Hockey is born with formation of the Hockey Association in England on 18th January 1886. This date is also the birthday of American engineer Ray Dolby. who was the inventor of noise reduction system known as Dolby NR . He helped develop the video tape recorder and was founder of Dolby Laboratories.      It was a beautiful day and somewhat foggy after almost 15 days, which I consider as god's gift for my birthday. it is a great reminder of How thankful I am for all the beauty I have in my life .Thanks to all for being a part of this great feeling. Everybody is saying goodbye to 2017 and is all set  to welcome 2018 in his/her on own way. That is really the beauty of this world that everyone has different thoughts, ideas ,moments, interests to cherish and flourish. In this vast world and social media I too entered in it 8 years ago for sharing simple thoughts and personal experiences .The year 2017 was not much different for me from previous years and went peacefully as far as health, Family and job fronts  are concerned.
